Our Managing Director, Pawel, brings an exceptional skill and extensive experience to every project at Alder Tree Construction. With a strong background in construction and project management, he holds a range of professional certifications, including the highly respected SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Constriction Senior Management, which underscore his expertise in site safety and project leadership. His hands-on knowledge combined with formal qualifications, allows him to oversee complex project with precision, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. His leaderdship inspires our team and gives our Clients confidence that their projects are in capable, knowledgeable hands.

Our Operations Manager, Joanna, is SMSTS-certified, demonstrating her expertise in site managemen and safety, and NEBOSH-qualified, highlighing her strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards. With this combination of practical experience and formal training, she effectively oversees operations, manages risks, and ensures that every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Her leadership and expertise provide both our team and Clients with confidence and peace of mind.
Both our Managing Director and Operations Manager are certified Fire Marshalls, and hold a range of other construction-related certifications, reflecting their broad expertise and dedication to maintaning the highest standards in safety, complaince, and project management.
