Alder Tree Construction Ltd delivered a full transformation of the side return passage at this Kings Road property, turning an underused space into a bright and functional extension. The project involved constructing a new framework to support a bespoke glazed roof system, engineered with precision steelwork for strength and longevity. The upgrade also included fully improved drainage and guttering to ensure long-term reliability. Inside, our team carried out complete M&E works, including modern lighting, ventilators and the installation of a new ceramic sink. New walls, doors and exterior cladding were added to enhance both insulation and appearance, followed by full decoration to bring the space together. This project showcases our ability to combine structural engineering with refined finishing for a seamless, high-quality result.
